Member Agreement
The short, plain-English version of your agreement with BEYLA. Full policies are always available in the legal hub.
Version 1.0 · Effective 20 April 2026
This one-pager summarises, and is governed by, the full agreement comprising the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum and Website Terms of Use.
1. Who we are
BEYLA UK LTD is building an Agentic Business and Finance Operating System for UK SMBs — a digital hive-mind of collective intelligence that learns and adapts for its members.
2. BEYLA is in BETA
The Service is provided “as-is” during BETA. It will evolve, may have bugs, and is not yet covered by service-level commitments. Don’t use it as a sole basis for a critical decision.
3. Free BETA — and what costs money
Your first month is free, with fair use equivalent to our £20 / user / month tier. Additional connectors or higher usage may incur charges. We will never apply new charges without first telling you and getting your positive acceptance.
4. Your data and AI — the hive
We do not sell your data. We do not send it to third-party AI providers to train their models. We may use your data (often de-identified or aggregated) to run, secure and improve BEYLA, to refine our own proprietary models and agents, and to protect the hive from fraud, abuse and harm. You can opt out of product-development uses by emailing privacy@beyla.ai. Regulatory, security and hive-protection uses are core to the Service and can’t be opted out of.
5. What you can’t use BEYLA for
No illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harmful use. No attempts to break, scrape, probe or reverse-engineer the Service. No submission of payment-card numbers, government IDs or special-category personal data except where we provide a feature for it. No use of BEYLA as a substitute for any regulatory permissions your own activities require. Full list: Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Not regulated financial advice
BEYLA is not currently authorised or regulated by the FCA. Nothing in the Service is banking, payment, credit, investment, insurance, tax or legal advice. Outputs are not advice, always apply human judgement before acting.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BEYLA’s total liability to you during BETA is capped at the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if the Service has been free). We never exclude liability for things the law doesn’t let us exclude (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Changes and ending
We can update the Service and these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach, or where required by law.
9. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
