How does BEYLA pricing work?
You choose a monthly base plan for access, members, connections and support. Credits are then charged according to the work your Digital C-Suite completes, so usage can flex with your business.
What are credits?
Credits are how BEYLA measures the work your Digital C-Suite actually does. A quick answer uses a small number of credits; a prepared analysis or a cross-business workflow uses more, because it draws on deeper reasoning, more business context and more connected tools. You pay for the work delivered, not for features you never touch.
Will I know how many credits a task uses?
Yes. Transparency is a design principle: you should always be able to understand usage before committing to substantial work, and see how credits are accumulating across your team as the month progresses.
Do unused credits expire?
Included credits refresh with each monthly cycle and don't roll over - every month starts with your plan's full allowance. Credits should behave predictably, and you should never be surprised by your bill.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Plans are designed so you can start where you are and move up - or down - as your team, entities and connections change. Plan changes take effect on your billing cycle without losing your Hive's memory of your business.
Are all Digital Humans included?
Starter includes the core Digital C-Suite for finance and operations. Growth and above include every Digital Human, so your whole leadership bench - finance, operations, risk, legal, marketing and more - works from the same shared context.
What happens if usage is higher than expected?
Your base plan never changes mid-month. If the work you ask for goes beyond your included credits, the extra usage simply carries over and settles automatically - and because usage is visible as it builds, you can see where the work is going before anything becomes substantial. Nothing runs without your consent.
